This policy describes what the Esvara site collects, why, and what we do with it. Esvara is a product of Obranko. Operated by Harki Ventures LLC.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Work email — to send you the free sample and related messages about it.
- Your priority country — to understand which Spanish variety matters most to you.
- Platform you use — to point you to the right import format (Braintrust, LangSmith, Coval, Cekura, Hamming, none yet, or other).
- Support messages — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. Support address: [email protected].
We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, audio recordings, or access to your systems. The sample form has only the three fields above.
Information collected automatically
The site is built as a static page: it runs no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies, and it makes no external requests on its own. The only network transmission the page is designed to perform is the form submission, which transmits only the three fields above to our email provider, MailerLite.
Payment data
We do not collect payment details on this site, and no checkout is presented here yet. If a presale checkout opens, payment will be processed by the provider named at checkout, and that provider's own privacy policy will apply to the payment data it handles.
How we use it
- Send the free sample to your email and respond to your messages.
- Send follow-up messages about the sample and the full pack presale.
- Operate, secure and improve the site and the sample delivery.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate the site and deliver the sample: Cloudflare (site hosting) and MailerLite (form capture and email delivery) and, if a presale opens, the payment provider named at checkout. We do not sell or rent email lists.
Retention and your rights
We keep sample-request records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and review them periodically to delete what is no longer needed. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to applicable law. To make a request, contact [email protected].
Security and children
We use reasonable measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The site is intended for business users; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
